There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to Winner. Winner will receive a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York, NY (“Trip”).

Trip will include: (a) Roundtrip, economy class air transportation for Winner and one (1) Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to New York, NY; (b) Two (2) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a hotel in or around New York, NY as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion (“Hotel”); (c) Two (2) tickets for Winner and one (1) Guest to a New York Fashion Week fashion show (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) (“Event”); and (d) one (1) two hundred fifty dollar ($250) cash gift card.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is Four Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Dollars ($4,890).

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
