One (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “Winner”) will receive: two (2) roundtrip, domestic airline tickets (economy coach class) for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to travel to a Houston, TX area airport to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, departing on March 6, 2020 and returning on March 8, 2020; two (2) nights of hotel accommodations in Houston, TX from March 6, 2020 to March 8, 2020 (standard, one room, double occupancy), hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and two (2) general admission tickets for Winner and Guest to attend RODEOHOUSTON Concert event on March 7, 2020.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is Four Thousand USD ($4,000.00).

Only legal residents of the Sweepstakes Territory who are at least the age of majority of the state in which they reside as of January 9, 2020 are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. May only be entered by legal residents of the forty eight (48) Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, territories and possessions (“Sweepstakes Territory”).
