Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the following (the “Grand Prize”): (i) $5,000 presented in the form of a check, and (ii) a one (1) year supply of SeaPak. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $5,192.

First Prize: One (1) First Prize Winner shall win the following (the “First Prize”): a one (1) year supply of SeaPak. ARV of the First Prize: $192.

Second Prize: One (1) Second Prize Winner shall win the following (the “Second Prize”): a one (1) year supply of SeaPak. ARV of the Second Prize: $192.

ARV of all prizes: $5,576.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., except Maryland and North Dakota, who are 21 years of age or older as of the Promotion start date.

Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person during the Promotion Period.

Submissions for the Promotion must consist of: (i) an original recipe that incorporates the required ingredients listed below along with a title for the dish and a description of how the Entrant prepared the dish (including how the required ingredients were incorporated) of no more than 100 words; and (ii) a photo of the completed dish that incorporates the SeaPak® product package (each, a “Submission” and collectively, the “Submissions”). The Submission must use all of the required ingredients specified below, although entrants can use as many additional ingredients as necessary to prepare their dish. The photo should be in .jpg, .gif or .png format, and the total upload should not be larger than three (3) megabytes. The entry of a Submission is Entrant’s acknowledgement that Entrant has read, understands and will abide by these Official Rules.
