Each grand prize consists of: One Branded Pinata; arv. $9.00 and three 3 oz. chocolate bars; arv. $5.00 per bar, 3.5 oz Milk Chocolate Caramels; arv. $6.49 per pouch, 3.5 oz Dark Chocolate Popcorn; arv. $6.49 per pouch. Each prize has an approximate retail value of $36.98; total approximate retail value of all prizes is $4,992.30.

Open to anyone who is at least eighteen years of age and has reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of opt-in (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi), excluding residents of the State of Rhode Island and live within the continental United States and has a valid email address and physical mailing address within the United States.

There is a limit of one entry per person for the entire promotion.
