There will be a total of up to twenty (20) prizes awarded; ten (10) Cook Prizes (defined below) and ten (10) Lugo Prizes (defined below), the Cook Prize and Lugo Prize will be referred to herein as "Prize" or "Prizes" unless otherwise noted. Sponsors will award each Winner one (1) Prize consisting of (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) either a:

- Cook Prize: a one-year subscription to Steve Cook's online fitness program through Fitness Culture, which includes: training programs that include complete sets, reps and progressions, video coaching tutorials and access to a member-only Facebook group, or;

- Lugo Prize: a one-year subscription to Erica Lugo's online fitness program through FitLoveSquad, which includes workouts for both home and gym, a life calendar for weekly reminders, weekly livestreams, access to a member-only Facebook group and guided nutrition support.

Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") of the Cook Prize is three hundred dollars ($300). ERV of the Lugo Prize is one hundred and twenty dollars ($120).

ERV of all Prizes is four thousand two hundred dollars ($4,200).

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories) , and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

You may enter once per day during each applicable Weekly Entry Period, for a maximum of twenty-two (22) Entries during the Sweepstakes Period.
