One (1) Grand Prize, consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Tampa, FL (the "Destination"), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one (1) hotel accommodation for two (2) nights (one double occupancy room and room tax only) in or near Tampa, FL, checking in August 14, 2020 and checking out August 16, 2020; (c) two (2) premium tickets to Daryl Hall & John Oates at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre at the FL State Fairgrounds in Tampa, FL on Saturday, August 15, 2020, selection of concert seat locations is solely within Live Nation’s discretion; and (d) a photo opportunity with Daryl Hall & John Oates at the show on August 15, 2020 (subject to their availability). Open to individuals who meet ALL of the following qualifications: (i) a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States; or if a legal resident of Alaska or Hawaii, has a standalone SiriusXM streaming subscription; or if a legal resident of Puerto Rico, has a Sirius Satellite radio subscription; (ii) has been an ACTIVE SIRIUSXM SUBSCRIBER, WITH EITHER A SELF-PAID OR AN INTRODUCTORY TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION IN SPONSOR’S DATABASE CONTINUOUSLY SINCE AT LEAST JANUARY 15, 2020; and (iii) is at least 18 years of age at time of entry and are otherwise physically able to participate in the event with no special accommodation; except wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
