Semi-Finalist Prizes (up to 60): Each Semi-Finalist Prize consists of $5,000 and a “Semi-Finalist Trip Prize” (altogether the “Semi-Finalist Prize”). The Semi-Finalist Trip Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from major airport nearest Semi-Finalist’s home) for Semi-Finalist (only) to Dallas, Texas; single-occupancy hotel accommodations for up to two (2) nights/(3) days in Texas; and a $100.00 pre-paid gift card per day (up to $300.00 in pre-paid gift cards) depending on number of nights/days in Dallas, Texas, as determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
ARV of each Semi-Finalist Prize is up to $7,300.

Total ARV of all prizes is up to $438,000.

Open only to legal residents of any of the (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are (18) years of age (19 for Alabama and Nebraska) or older at the time of entry and have the permission (from Nominee, defined below) to nominate an individual (i.e. a Nominee) who is willing and able to accept a prize as described in Section 6. Nominees: To be eligible, a nominee must also be a legal resident of any of the (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who is (18) years of age (19 for Alabama and Nebraska) or older at the time of entry. Nominees may nominate themselves.

Limit (1) nomination per person per day. Do not nominate the same person twice. A Nominee may only nominate him/herself (1) time.

The Sponsor invites eligible individuals to nominate someone in their community that is “Spreading smiles to others through charitable acts or good deeds” (a “Smiles Story”).
