One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to city of winner’s choice on Billy Joel’s 2020 “Great American Stadium Tour” among the cities and dates in the chart below (the "Destination"), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one (1) hotel accommodation for two (2) nights near or in the Destination (one double occupancy room and room tax only) (exact travel dates to be mutually agreed upon between Sponsor and the winner); (c) two (2) tickets to concert in city of winner’s choice on Billy Joel’s 2020 “Great American Stadium Tour” among the cities and dates in the chart below; and (d) the opportunity for winner and their guest to meet Billy Joel at the show (subject to his availability) (the “Event(s)”). Selection of concert location is solely within Sponsor’s discretion. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500.)

Open only to individuals who meet ALL of the following qualifications: (i) a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia; or if a legal resident of Alaska or Hawaii, has a standalone SiriusXM streaming subscription; or if a legal resident of Puerto Rico, has a Sirius Satellite radio subscription; (ii) has been an ACTIVE SIRIUSXM SUBSCRIBER, WITH EITHER A SELF-PAID OR AN INTRODUCTORY TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION IN SPONSOR’S DATABASE CONTINUOUSLY SINCE AT LEAST DECEMBER 24, 2019; and (iii) is at least 18 years of age at time of entry; except wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
