The verified grand prize winner of the Promotion (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a Cat branded Portable Generator, model number RP7500 E – EPA or RP7500 E - CARB (the “Grand Prize”) with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $$1200 (EPA) or $1300 (CARB) and up to 25 verified second place winners (each a “Second Place Winner” and together with the Grand Prize Winner, referred to as the “Winners”) will each receive a Cat CT2500 Tactical Light, (each a “Second Place Prize” and together with the Grand Prize, referred to as the “Prizes”) with an ARV of $30 for an aggregate ARV of the Second Place Prizes of $750.

The aggregate ARV of all Prizes to be awarded for the Promotion is $2,050.

To be eligible for the Promotion, an individual must:

(a) be a legal resident of: (i) one of the fifty (50) United States (excluding the states of Florida, New York, Rhode Island and excluding Puerto Rico and the US Territories and Possessions), or (ii) the District of Columbia; and

(b) be at least the age of majority in their state or district of residency as of the start of the Promotion Period.

There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person.
