There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded. The Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”), upon the Administrator’s verification of eligibility, will receive a 4-day/ 3-night trip for two (2) people to Miami, FL (the “Location”) (“Grand Prize” or “Prize”). The Grand Prize package includes:

(a) Two (2) roundtrip standard economy airfare tickets from a major commercial airport in the United States or Canada, near the Winner’s primary residence and the Location, as determined by Sponsor (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if Winner resides within 150 miles of the Location);

(b) Standard (single) hotel accommodations for three (3) nights in the Location (room and tax only);

(c) Two (2) Barstool Sports Party VIP Tickets

(d) $500 cash for meals

(e) One (1) $500 prepaid gift card for transportation and incidentals

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the total Grand Prize package is $6,500
