The Sweepstakes will award five (5) grand prizes (the "Prizes"). Each Prize consists of one (1) Samsung Galaxy Watch Active. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Prize is Two Hundred Dollars (US$200.00). The ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is One Thousand Dollars (US$1,000.00).

Offered and open to persons who are: (a) legal residents of the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada (excluding Quebec); (b) at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes.
