Open to legal residents of Sponsor’s Designated Market Area, which includes the following cities: Atlanta, Boston, Buffalo, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, Rochester, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, and the District of Columbia, ages twenty-one (21) and older at the time of entry.
