Prize Details
(1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the following prize which consists of: the home located in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina that is featured in the “HGTV Dream Home 2020” special (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise contained therein) ARV: $1,787,809); $250,000 (awarded in the form of electronic funds transfer), courtesy of Quicken Loans Inc.; a 2019 Honda Passport Elite automobile (ARV: $43,680).
Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $750,000 in cash.
Total ARV of Grand Prize is $2,081,489 if Grand Prize Winner takes title to the HGTV Dream Home 2020 or $1,043,680 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu.
