HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
(a) TEXT ENTRY: During the Sweepstakes Period, you can enter automatically by enrolling to receive text information and offers from Sponsor. Simply text “SPROUTS” to 777-688. You will be sent a one-time reply asking you to confirm your enrollment to receive text information and offers from Sponsor. Upon Sponsor’s receipt of your confirmation, you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes.
(b) MAIL-IN ENTRY: To enter without enrolling to receive text messages, hand-print on a plain 3”x 5” piece of paper, your name, address, age, and daytime/evening phone numbers, and the word SPROUTS, and mail your completed entry in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Sprouts Farmers Market Grocery Sweepstakes, Attn: Bryan Zavala, 5455 E High Street, Suite 111, Phoenix, AZ 85054. Each postal entry must be mailed separately, postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period, and received by January 22, 2020.
