Choice #2, the “Breakfast with Barstool Radio” Grand Prize Package: One (1) Grand Prize, consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to New York, NY (the "Destination"), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one (1) hotel accommodation for two (2) nights (one double occupancy room and room tax only) in New York, NY (exact travel dates to be mutually agreed upon between Sponsor and the winner); (c) round trip ground transportation between the Airport and hotel; (d) a tour of Barstool’s Studios in New York City; (e) the chance for winner and guest to attend a Gentlemen’s Breakfast with the Barstool Radio crew on a mutually agreed upon Friday in 2020 (subject to their availability); (f) one (1) gift card for $150 for pizza and beverages; and (g) one (1) Barstool Swag Bag. Choice #3, the “Hitsville U.S.A. at Motown Museum” Grand Prize Package: (NOTE: Must be at least 21 years of age by the end of the Entry Period to select Choice #3 as your preference.) Choice #4, the “Comedy Channels” Grand Prize Package: One (1) Grand Prize, consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Austin, TX (the "Destination"), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one (1) hotel accommodation for four (4) nights (one double occupancy room and room tax only) in Austin, TX checking in on April 22, 2020 and checking out on April 26, 2020; (c) two (2) STAR 4 Badge passes to the Moontower Comedy Festival in Austin, TX on April 22- 25, 2020; (d) an invitation for winner and guest to the SiriusXM broadcast and Meet & Greet with Big Jay & Dan Soder (subject to their availability); (e) Meet & Greet with Nikki Glaser (subject to her availability); and (f) $300 spending cash. (The events to which the prize, tickets, or passes relate in (c) through (e) above are defined herein as “Events.”) (ARV of Grand Prize: $4,500)

Open only to individuals who meet ALL of the following qualifications: (i) a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States; or if a legal resident of Alaska or Hawaii, has a standalone SiriusXM Internet Radio subscription; or if a legal resident of Puerto Rico, has a Sirius Satellite radio subscription; (ii) has been an ACTIVE SIRIUSXM SUBSCRIBER, WITH EITHER A SELF-PAID OR AN INTRODUCTORY TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION IN SPONSOR’S DATABASE CONTINUOUSLY SINCE AT LEAST NOVEMBER 8, 2019; and (iii) is at least 18 years of age at time of entry and are otherwise physically able to participate in the event with no special accommodation; except wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
