One (1) Grand Prize consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV (the "Destination"), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one (1) hotel accommodation for three (3) nights at Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV (one double occupancy room and room tax only), checking in December 30, 2019 and checking out January 2, 2020; (c) two (2) Las Vegas helicopter Tour Night flights on Maverick Helicopters; (d) two tickets to Christina Aguilera – The Xperience special New Year’s Eve Celebration at Zappos Theater on Wednesday, December 31, 2019; and (e) two (2) Christina Aguilera Meet and Greet passes for December 31, 2019. Open to individuals who meet ALL of the following qualifications: (i) a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States; or if a legal resident of Alaska or Hawaii, has a standalone SiriusXM streaming subscription; or if a legal resident of Puerto Rico, has a Sirius Satellite radio subscription; (ii) has been an ACTIVE SIRIUSXM SUBSCRIBER, WITH EITHER A SELF-PAID OR AN INTRODUCTORY TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION IN SPONSOR’S DATABASE CONTINUOUSLY SINCE AT LEAST NOVEMBER 7, 2019; and (iii) is at least 21 years of age at time of entry and are otherwise physically able to participate in the event with no special accommodation; except wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
