Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry: eighteen (18) in most states; 19 in Alabama (AL) and Nebraska (NE) and 21 in Mississippi (MS) at the time of entry.

Limit: Each entrant may enter the Contest one (1) time during the Entry Submission Phase and each Finalist may enter the Contest one (1) time during the Video Submission Phase.
