One (1) Grand Prize, consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV (the "Destination"), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one (1) hotel accommodation for two (2) nights (one double occupancy room and room tax only) at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, checking in March 27, 2020 and checking out March 29, 2020; (c) two (2) premium VIP tickets to SiriusXM Presents David Lee Roth ROCK VEGAS at House of Blues in Las Vegas, NV on Saturday, March 28, 2020; (d) dinner for two (2) at House of Blues Restaurant and Bar on Saturday March 28 (gratuity not included); and (e) two (2) passes to access the Foundation Room after the show on March 28 (must be at least 21 years of age to enter, dress code enforced).
