Grand Prize (1): : One Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to attend Survivor Series 2019 scheduled to take place in Chicago, IL on November 24, 2019. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to a Chicago area airport, three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) from November 22 – 25, 2019, ground transportation to/from destination airport and hotel, ground transportation to/from hotel and Survivor Series 2019, two (2) tickets to attend Survivor Series 2019 on November 24, 2019, one (1) $500 prepaid gift card, and one (1) premium smartphone (Samsung, Apple or LG; to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and twelve (12) months of Cricket Wireless service with its Cricket More Plan. If the Grand Prize winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for any difference in Prize value.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $7,500.00.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least twenty-one (21) years or older.
