(2) GRAND PRIZE WINNERS: Winners will each receive (1) $500 La Bonita Gift Card. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $500.
(8) WEEKLY PRIZE WINNERS: Each Weekly Prize Winner will receive (1) $50 La Bonita gift card. ARV of each Weekly Prize is $50.00.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $1,400.
Potential prize winners will be notified via the email address they used to enter and asked to appear at their closest La Bonita location to receive their prize in person by an authorized FUD® representative.
Proof of identification will be required in one (1) of the following current (not expired) forms:
· State driver’s license (including state-issued temporary or provisional licenses with photos)
· State-issued identification card
· Military-issued identification card
· Valid U.S. or foreign-issued passport (showing country of origin)
· Permanent Resident Alien Card
· Non-immigrant Visa (F-1, F-2, F-3 Visas)
· Certificate of U.S. Naturalization
· Mexican Consular Card
If any potential winner is unable to appear in person, they may request that the prize be mailed to their valid home address. No P.O. boxes will be accepted.

Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions, overseas military installations and where prohibited by law.
