One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive i) a seven (7) day/six (6) night trip for four (4) (winning entrant, his/her Eligible Child and up to two (2) additional Guests) to attend Super Bowl LIV scheduled to take place on 2/2/20 in Miami Gardens, FL. Grand Prize trip consists of a) round trip coach class air transportation for four (4) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to destination city; b) standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, quadruple occupancy) for six (6) nights; c) attendance for four (4) at NFL Kids’ Day at Super Bowl LIV; d) four (4) tickets to Super Bowl LIV; e) NFL car service to and from the game; and f) a total of $1,000 spending money awarded (to winning entrant only) in the form of a check. Additionally, the Eligible Subject will have the special experience to be on the field for the Super Bowl pre-game and will hand the official game ball to a member of the officiating staff prior the start of Super Bowl LIV. ARV of Grand Prize package = $23,990.

Eight (8) Finalist Prizes: Each Finalist will receive a PLAY 60 prize pack. Exact items, colors and sizes are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Finalist prize pack = $126.

Total ARV of all prizes = $25,046.

Open to legal permanent residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older that is a parent/legal guardian of a child(ren) six (6) through twelve (12) years of age as of the date of entry.

Limit one (1) Entry per parent email address and Eligible Child name for the duration of the Contest Submission Period.

Complete and submit the registration form inclusive of a sixty (60) second video of only your Eligible Child showing and telling why he/she should be the next NFL PLAY 60 Super Kid (hereafter, the “Theme”).
