(1) prize: The winner will receive a beach getaway vacation for (2) consisting of: (a) round-trip air transportation for the winner and his/her guest between a major gateway airport near the winner’s residence and a beach getaway destination located in the United States or its territories; (b) a minimum of (3) nights’ accommodations (single room/double occupancy) at a hotel located near the beach getaway destination selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (c) ground transportation to/from the airport and the hotel; and (d) a $500 dollar gift card awarded to the winner only.

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize: up to (but not to exceed) $5,000.

Open to persons who, as of the date of entry: (i) are (21) years of age or older; (ii) are legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) (excluding Utah); and (iii) have either a valid Social Security number or a valid U.S. Individual Taxpayer Identification Number.
