Two (2) Grand Prizes (each, a "Prize"): Each winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for winner and up to three (3) guests ("Guests") to one (1) of the following destinations, as selected by a winner: either (a) Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL OR (b) Universal Studios Hollywood in Universal City, CA ("Trip").
If a winner chooses the Universal Orlando Resort destination, Trip will include: round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner's home (as determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL*; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from destination airport and hotel*; 3–Park 3-Day Park-to-Park theme park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure theme parks and Universal's Volcano Bay water theme park for Winner and up to three (3) Guests; and admission to one (1) performance at Blue Man Group Show (exact date and time to be determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion) for Winner and up to three (3) Guests.
The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Universal Orlando Resort Trip is Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Five Dollars and 93/100 Cents ($3,745.93).
If a winner chooses the Universal Studios Hollywood destination, Trip will include: round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner's home (as determined by USH in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA**; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) (as determined by USH in its sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from destination airport and hotel**; and Universal Studios Hollywood™ theme park General Admission tickets for three (3) days.
The ARV of the Universal Studios Hollywood Trip is Four Thousand Five Hundred Eighteen Dollars and 00/100 Cents ($4,518.00).
