The Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive the Ultimate Friends Experience Trip for Winner and (1) guest (“Guest”), to New York, New York on or about September 5, 2019 through September 8, 2019, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize includes: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and (1) Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence in the US to Destination; (ii) three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations in New York City but subject to change at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) roundtrip ground transportation for the Winner and (1) Guest, to be taken together, between airport and hotel in Destination; (iv) two (2) tickets to the Friends Pop-Up Experience (experience details, time, and location to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); (v) one (1) $1000 bank gift card (gift card to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, Winner is subject to the terms and the conditions of the bank gift card) ; (vi) custom Friends experience day in New York (experience details, time, and location to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor), collectively (the “Prize”).

The total ARV of the Prize is $4,550.

Must be, (i) as of July 26, 2019, an existing AT&T postpaid wireless customer (excludes data-only plans), DIRECTV (excludes DIRECTV NOW), U-verse TV or an AT&T Internet customer (excludes DSL, Fixed Wireless Broadband, and dial-up services) with an account in "good-standing" as determined by AT&T in its sole discretion that participates in the AT&T THANKS program at the time of entry and, (ii) a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident alien who is physically located in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who is at least 21 years of age at time of entry.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person regardless of the method of entry.
