Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded.
Grand Prize #1: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA (the "Destination"), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence provided, however, that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one (1) hotel accommodation for two (2) nights in the Los Angeles area (one double occupancy room and room tax only) checking in on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 and checking out on Thursday, July 18, 2019; (c) two (2) tickets to the International Champions Cup match between Arsenal and FC Bayern on July 17, 2019 in Los Angeles, CA; (d) two (2) press box credentials allowing access to the SiriusXM broadcast booth where winner will be 3 of 6 part of the broadcast and selective social media posts; and (e) one (1) field broadcast credential for the winner for match between Arsenal and FC Bayern. Open to individuals who meet ALL of the following qualifications: (i) a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States; or if a legal resident of Alaska or Hawaii, has a standalone SiriusXM Internet Radio subscription; or if a legal resident of Puerto Rico, has a Sirius Satellite radio subscription; (ii) has been an ACTIVE SIRIUSXM SUBSCRIBER, WITH EITHER A SELF-PAID OR AN INTRODUCTORY TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION IN SPONSOR’S DATABASE CONTINUOUSLY SINCE AT LEAST JUNE 18, 2019; and (iii) is at least 18 years of age at time of entry and are otherwise physically able to participate in the event with no special accommodation; except wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
