(1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following prize in the name of the business:
A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Cargo Van - MSRP of $42,570.00, plus a Destination and Delivery fee of $1,195.00.
Average retail value of Grand Prize: $42,570.00
Grand Prize winner will also receive $5,000 cash (in the form of a check - suggested use to upfit the van)

(3) Runners Up will each receive in the name of their business: $5,000 cash (in the form of a check).

Open only to persons who, as of date of entry, are legal residents of one of the forty-eight adjoining United States or the District of Columbia and are at least eighteen years or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence if greater than eighteen, whichever age is older) and own an independent, non-franchised, business registered to conduct business in at least one of the forty-eight adjoining United States or the District of Columbia.
