Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to the Grand Prize Winner consisting of a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”) to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida (“Trip”). First Prizes: There will be ten (10) first prizes (“First Prizes”, each a “First Prize”) awarded. Each First Prize Winner will receive one (1) First Prize consisting of the following: ten thousand ($10,000) U.S. dollars. Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000).

ERV of all Prizes is One Hundred and Four Thousand Seventy Six and 64/100 Dollars ($104,076.64).
