Grand Prize (1): The “Grand Prize” is a check made payable to the Grand Prize winner in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000). The ARV is of the Grand Prize is Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000). Only one (1) Grand Prize is available in the Sweepstakes.
First Prize (300): Each First Prize is a Fifty Dollar ($50) Fred’s Gift Card. The ARV is of the all First Prizes in this Sweepstakes is Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000). Three hundred (300) First Prizes are available in the Sweepstakes.
ARV: The ARV is of the all prizes in this Sweepstakes is Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000).

Rules
Offered only to legal U.S. residents of 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person/telephone number per day during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Review and Additional Information
During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter:
A. Text Message: An eligible entrant must make a purchase at a participating Fred’s location during the Sweepstakes Period. After completing the purchase, the entrant must text send a text message with the keyword “FREDS” (the “Keyword”) to the short code “22639” (“Short Code”). The Administrator will respond requesting an image of the receipt. The entrant must then take a photograph of his/her Fred’s receipt using his/her mobile device and must attach that image as a response to the Administrator’s text.
B. Mail-In Entry: An eligible entrant may hand-write his/her complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, the Keyword, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½”x5” card (“Mail-In Entry”) and mail it with sufficient postage to: Fred’s Cash Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. All Mail-In Entries must be postmarked no later than July 5, 2019, and received on or before July 11, 2019, in order to be eligible.
