The Sweepstakes will award three (3) grand prizes (the "Prizes"). Each Prize consists of one (1) one LG G8 ThinQ unlocked phone and one (1) $25 CBS All Access Gift Card. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Prize is Eight Hundred Seventy-five Dollars (US$875.00).

Total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is Two Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars (US$2,625.00).

Offered and open to persons who: (a) are legal residents of the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada (excluding Quebec); (b) are at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes; and (c) become a Registered User(s).
