Two Hundred Fifty (250) Second Prizes:
Each second prize winner will receive a pair of Bose SoundLink Around- Ear II Headphones.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize is $230.
Total Overall Value (ARV) for Second Prizes: $57,500

One Hundred (100) Third Prizes:
Each third prize winner will receive a $100 gift card.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize is $100.
Total Overall Value (ARV) for Third Prizes: $10,000

The Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all of the Prizes is $94,700.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who has a valid e-mail address as of the time of entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/household/postmarked outer envelope per Day during the Entry Period.

Entrant will be prompted to activate the camera and/or microphone on their phone, computer or tablet (the “Device”). Doing so will allow Entrant to either (1) use image recognition and scan an image on their Device of any recognizable Tic Tac® mints pack front label or (2) use audio recognition and shake a Tic Tac® pack with Tic Tac mints inside near their Device in order for the Device to screen the sound from the shaking of the pack. Correctly performing either of these actions will redirect Entrant to an adjoining webpage where the Entrant will be prompted to complete and submit the entry form with all requested information (including his/her name, email address, phone number, and/or any other information requested by the Sponsor) (the “Entry”) to receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes.
