TO ENTER/PLAY BY MAIL AND ENTER THE SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: Send a plain 3” x 5” paper on which you have hand printed your complete name, mailing address, email address and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY), and mail it in a hand-addressed, business-size envelope (#10) with first-class postage affixed, to: The SUNNYD Flavors of Summer Sweepstakes Entry/Game Play, 360 Lexington Avenue, 19th Floor, New York, NY 10017. Mailed Entries/Game Plays must be postmarked by August 31, 2019 and received by September 9, 2019. Game Plays will be played by Administrator on behalf of requester.
