One (1) grand prize package (as further described below) will be awarded to the Entrant whose entry is selected from the random drawing (“Winner”). The grand prize package shall consist of one (1) 4-night/5-day trip for up to four (4) people to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawai’I (“Aulani Resort”), which shall include the following (collectively, the “Grand Prize”):

• Roundtrip economy-class airfare for up to four (4) persons to and from the nearest major metropolitan airport to the Grand Prize winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and Honolulu International Airport; • A four (4)-night stay at Aulani Resort. Accommodations shall consist of one (1) standard room with a maximum occupancy of four (4) persons; and • Ground transportation to and from Honolulu International Airport and Aulani Resort.

In addition, Winner will receive funds to assist with paying taxes on the Grand Prize not to exceed $3,482.00.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $9,410.00.

Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.

Limit one (1) entry per person or email address during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number email addresses or accounts a person may have.
