Grand Prize, which consists of: the home located in Roanoke, Texas that is featured in the “HGTV Smart Home 2019” special (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) ARV: $1,046,976; One $100,000 (awarded in the form of electronic funds transfer) courtesy of LendingTree, a 2020 Mercedes-Benz MY20 GLE automobile (MSRP: $61,150).
In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Smart Home 2019 (and the contents of the HGTV Smart Home 2019), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $600,000 in cash.
Total ARV of Grand Prize is $1,208,126 if Grand Prize Winner takes title to the HGTV Smart Home 2019 or $761,150 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu.
