The ARV of the Prize is $4,758.

Open to legal residents of the (48) continental United States and the District of Columbia, who are of at least 18 years of age or older and of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry submission, who are located in the Entry Radius as defined below as of April 15, 2019 and who are otherwise eligible in accordance with these Official Rules. The “Entry Radius” is the area within (50) miles from a U.S. Ashley HomeStore as measured using Google Maps driving directions (least distance).
