One (1) winner will receive a trip for two (2) to see Artist perform at Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival (“Bonnaroo Festival”) in Manchester, TN (the “Destination City”), consisting of: (i) if the winner’s residence is more than two hundred (200) miles outside of the Destination City, then the prize will include round-trip economy airfare (the “Flight”) for the winner and his/her guest, leaving together from the same gateway from a U.S. airport within fifty (50) miles of winner’s home to an airport within fifty (50) miles of the Destination City; (ii) if the winner’s residence is less than two hundred (200) miles outside of the Destination City, the Flight will not form part of the prize and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will arrange for ground transportation for the winner and the guest between the winner’s residence and the Destination City (Total Approximate Maximum Retail Value for items (i) or (ii): $1,750); (iii) two (2) VIP tickets to the entire Bonnaroo Festival scheduled to take place from June 13 to June 16, 2019 (Approximate Retail Value: $1,760); (iv) a two (2) person comfort tent package, including one (1) canvas bell tent, one (1) cot per person, one (1) nightstand table with power outlet, one (1) souvenir blanket per person, one (1) set of additional bedding including sheet and pillow per person, one (1) lantern, and one (1) tent lock (Approximate Retail Value: $849) (Total Approximate Maximum Retail Value: $4,359).
