Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (2) day, two (2) night trip for two (2) people (Grand Prize Winner and a guest) to attend WWE Fastlane in Cleveland, Ohio on March 10, 2019 (“Grand Prize”). Grand Prize includes: round trip coach-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and guest between a major commercial airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Cleveland, Ohio; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodation (single room, double occupancy) at a Cleveland-area hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and two (2) tickets to WWE Fastlane on March 10, 2019 (seat locations at discretion of Sponsor), and the opportunity for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest to receive a private breakfast with a WWE Superstar on March 10, 2019. WWE Superstar to be determined in WWE’s sole discretion and is subject to availability. If the Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of Cleveland, Ohio (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of airfare and no further compensation will be provided. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $2,800.

First Prizes (5): Each First Prize Winner will receive a replica WWE Championship Title Belt (“First Prize”). The ARV of each First Prize is $429.99. Five (5) First Prizes are available in the Sweepstakes.

Total ARV: The total ARV of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes is $4,949.95.

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Entry Limit: Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of one (1) Entry per person per day and one (1) Bonus Entry during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

During the Sweepstakes Period, an Entrant may participate in the Sweepstakes using one (1) of the following two (2) methods:

Receipt Upload Entry: The Entrant may register for the Sweepstakes by visiting www.CrunchWithAPunchSweeps.com (the “Website”) and entering his/her valid e-mail address. The Entrant must then provide the required registration information, which may include, but is not limited to, his/her complete first and last name (no initials), street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP Code, date of birth, telephone number, and confirmation he/she has read and agrees to these Official Rules. Entrants are prohibited from using more than one (1) e-mail address or multiple identities. If it is found or suspected that an Entrant is using more than one e-mail address or multiple identities to participate in the Sweepstakes, then that Entrant, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, may not be eligible to win a prize.

The Entrant must then follow the on-screen prompts to upload an image of his/her original register receipt showing the purchase of any 14.75-oz or 24-oz Post Golden Crisp cereal product from a participating retailer (a “Product”) during the Sweepstakes Period (“Golden Crisp Entry”). The Entrant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each receipt uploaded, regardless of the quantity of Golden Crisp products purchased in the single transaction.

Twitter Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may follow the steps below to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Twitter Entry”):
i. Sign into his/her Twitter account (or create a Twitter account if he/she does not already have one);
ii. Become a follower of @WWE (if not already following @WWE);
iii. Compose a new Tweet including how you would enjoy your Golden Crisp Cereal; and
iv. Include the hashtag “#WWECrunchWithAPunchSweepstakes”.
