One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for the winner and one (1) guest to attend the 61st GRAMMY® Awards ("Event") scheduled to take place in Los Angeles, CA on February 10, 2019. Grand Prize consists of: round trip coach airfare between a major commercial airport serviced by participating airline carrier nearest to Grand Prize winner's primary residence(as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Los Angeles, CA (or winner will receive ground transportationin lieu of airfare if he or she resides within 100 mile radius of Los Angeles, to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); double occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights room and room tax only) and two (2) Bronze tickets to Event to be held at The Staples Center. (ARV: $4,000.00).

Twenty (20) Second Place Prizes: Each winner will receive a T-shirt (ARV: T-shirt prize is a promotional item and has no retail value). T-shirt style and size will be determined by Sponsor.

Ten (10) Third Place Prizes: Each winner will receive a hat (ARV: hat prize is a promotional item and has no retail value).

ARV of all prizes: $4,000.00.

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (including the District of Columbia), who are of the age of majority in the state in which they reside at time of entry.
