Grand Prize: The Prizewinner with the greatest number of votes will receive a onetime payment of Sixteen Thousand ($16,000) US Dollars.

· Second Place Prize: Five (5) Prizewinners will each receive all gifts given to audience members during one day (to be selected by Sponsor, at its sole discretion) of Ellen’s “12 Days of Giveaways” special.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Second Place Prize is between $2,000 - $5,000 USD. However, given the surprise nature of the “12 Days of Giveaways” gifts, the Actual Retail Value (ARV) of the Prizes may substantially vary. Any difference between the ERV and ARV will not be awarded

· Third Place Prize: Fifteen (15) Prizewinners will each receive a $300 Visa gift card.

Open to individuals who meet the following criteria: (a) are eighteen (18) years of age or older and (b) are a legal resident of and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, United States territories, possessions, and protectorates, foreign based United States military installations and wherever prohibited by law) or Canada (excluding Quebec).

Contestant must upload an original photograph of a wrapped item (“Photo”).

Contestant must upload a written statement of no more than approximately fifteen hundred (1500) characters answering the following question: “Why do you deserve to win the Prize?” (the “Statement”)
