(1) Grand Prize: An Alaska Cruise for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest. Grand Prize includes: A 7-night/8-day Alaska cruise for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (cruise line, room type, and all other details of the cruise to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); round-trip, coach-class airfare for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to the cruise departure/arrival city from an airport determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; (2) nights’ hotel accommodations for winner and guest in the cruise departure/arrival city (hotel to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, in one (1) double-occupancy room, excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals); and roundtrip ground transportation for the Grand Prize winner and (1) guest between airport and hotel in cruise departure/arrival city. The Grand Prize winner will also receive a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check to the winner only. The single cash payment will be based on a 34% tax rate of the final Grand Prize value, which may vary based on factors described below. The single cash payment is intended to assist with any federal or state tax obligations related to the Grand Prize, but in no event will the single cash payment exceed $4,507.58. Any additional tax obligation that the Grand Prize winner may be liable for is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local income taxes and other taxes associated with the prize. The Sponsor will comply with all tax reporting requirements. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $13,257.58.

(25) Instant-Win First Prizes: (1) $1,000 bank gift card. The ARV of each Instant-Win First Prize is $1,000.

(50) Instant-Win Second Prizes: (1) Tracfone bundle consisting of (1) smart phone and 3-months Tracfone Airtime (smart phone model, functions and all other aspects of the smart phone, and airtime plan details to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). The ARV of each Instant-Win Second Prize is $264.99.

(50) Instant-Win Third Prizes: (1) $100 bank gift card. The ARV of each Instant-Win Third Prize is $100.

Approximate Retail Value of all prizes combined: $56,507.
