1. Online: Receive (1) online entry into the Promotion by starting a USAA Life Insurance quote through www.usaa.com/lifesweeps during the Promotion Period. All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on Oct. 17, 2018 to be eligible;
2. Telephone: Receive one (1) entry by calling USAA Life Insurance Company toll free at 800-531-LIFE(5433) during the Promotion Period and indicating you would like to be entered into the USAA Live Your Dreams Sweepstakes. All telephone entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on Nov. 20, 2018 to be eligible; OR
3. Mail-In: To receive one (1) entry by mail-in, neatly hand-print or type your complete name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, daytime telephone number (including area code), and email address on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: USAA Live Your Dreams Sweepstakes Entry, c/o teamDigital Promotions, 6 Berkshire Blvd., Bethel CT 06801. Entries must be postmarked by Nov. 20, 2018. Any entries postmarked after Nov. 20, 2018 are not eligible for entry into the Promotion.
