The one (1) verified Winner will receive the following:

Roundtrip coach airfare for the Winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) between a commercial airport within ninety (90) miles of the Winner’s residence (airport to be determined in the sole discretion of the Contest Administrator) and a Los Angeles, CA area airport, departing on October 15, 2018 and returning on October 17, 2018;

Two (2) nights of double occupancy hotel accommodations for the Winner and their one (1) guest at a TBD Los Angeles, CA area hotel on the nights of October 15, 2018 and October 16, 2018;

Two (2) passes to the Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators concert at Hollywood Palladium on October 16, 2018;
