The Sweepstakes will award two (2) grand prizes (the "Prizes"). Each Prize consists of one (1) HDHomeRun Connect Duo TV streaming player; one (1) ClearStream FLEX™ Amplified Sure Grip™ UHF/VHF Indoor HDTV Antenna; and one (1) Lifetime Premium Plex Pass. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Prize is Three Hundred Dollars (US$300.00).

The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is Six Hundred Dollars (US$600.00).

Offered and open to persons who are: (a) legal residents of the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada (excluding Quebec); (b) at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes; and (c) Registered Users.

Participants may receive additional entries seven (7) different ways.
