CONTEST GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Contest Grand Prize will be awarded which consists of:
One (1) $10,000 deposit into an existing 529 college savings account.
Note: Winner will be responsible for setting up the 529 college savings account and for sharing the deposit instructions with the Sponsor or Administrator
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Contest Grand Prize is $10,000.00
CONTEST SECOND PRIZE (1): One (1) Contest Second Prize will be awarded which consists of:
One (1) trip for four (4) (winner and three (3) guests) to winner’s choice of one of the following destinations: Philadelphia, PA, Boston, Massachusets, New York City, NY, or Washington, D.C. Trip package includes:
Round-trip coach air transportation for winner and up to three (3) guests from a major commercial airport (as determined by Sponsor), near the winner’s home within the continental U.S. to one of the destinations listed above
One (1) quadruple occupancy standard room for three (3) days / two (2) nights
Roundtrip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel
Spending money awarded in the form of One (1) $500 Gift Card
CONTEST SECOND PRIZE CONDITIONS: By accepting the Second Prize, Winner and guest agree to provide a trip recap and a minimum of three (3) pictures taken during the trip to the Sponsor. The trip recap can be in written or video format. All materials provided to the Sponsor may be used in the Sponsor's future marketing materials.

Open only to legal residents of the following United States: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) (except Alabama 19) years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration.

Review and Additional Information
Upon completion of the Contest Entry Form, you will be asked to submit a short essay describing why your child is a “Phenomenal Kid”. Essays must be between 500 – 1,500 characters. The essay will be considered your “Entry”.
