Nominee Prizes: Fifty (50) Nominee Prizes are available to be won. Each Nominee Prize includes a Teacher Appreciation Package to be awarded to the Nominee named in each winning Entry. Teacher Appreciation Package includes:

One (1) Personalized box of Kellogg’s Frosted Mini Wheats;
$400 prepaid card; and
$100 school supply package (contents to be determined by Sponsor)
The ARV of Nominee Prize: $500 each.

The total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $25,000.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 13 or older at the time of entry.

Limit: One (1) Online Entry per person regardless of whether Entrant has more than one email address.

Follow all entry instructions to complete the entry form in its entirety, including his/her name, email address, the name, school, school address and grade taught of the teacher Entrant wishes to nominate (the “Nominee”), an essay not to exceed one-hundred (100) words answering the questions “What is great about this teacher? Why are you nominating them?” and submitting as instructed (the “Online Entry”). Nominee must be a classroom teacher in a kindergarten through 12th grade classroom during the 2018-2019 school year in a school located within the 50 United States or District of Columbia. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, home schools are not eligible.
