One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA (the "Destination"), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one (1) hotel accommodation for two (2) nights in the vicinity of the concert venue (one double occupancy room and room tax only) checking in on Monday, September 10, 2018 and checking out on Wednesday, September 12, 2018; (c) two (2) tickets to SiriusXM Presents Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators at the Whisky a Go Go in Los Angeles, CA on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 (the “Event”); and (d) round trip ground transportation to and from the venue for the Event, from the airport to the hotel on day of arrival, and from the hotel to airport on day of departure (TBD either a Hertz car rental voucher or prepaid card to cover cost of travel). (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500.)

Open only to individuals who meet ALL of the following qualifications: (i) a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia; or if a legal resident of Alaska or Hawaii, has a standalone SiriusXM Internet Radio subscription; or if a legal resident of Puerto Rico, has a Sirius Satellite radio subscription; (ii) has been an ACTIVE SIRIUSXM SUBSCRIBER, WITH EITHER A SELF-PAID OR AN INTRODUCTORY TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION IN SPONSOR’S DATABASE CONTINUOUSLY SINCE AT LEAST JULY 20, 2018; and (iii) is at least 18 years of age at time of entry; except wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
