Eight (8) Grand Prizes:

Each Prize Package will include the following:

A trip for two (2) to one (1) of the following cities to see an artist ("Artist") on tour (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion):

Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York City, Miami, Philadelphia or Washington D.C.

Domestic, coach air transportation (flights may include stopovers and/or connections) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) eligible guest from the major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia to any one of the following destinations: Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York City, Miami, Philadelphia or Washington D.C. In the event the Grand Prize Winner resides within one hundred and fifty (150) miles of the concert venue, ground transportation to the location will be provided in lieu of air transportation;

Two (2) nights of hotel accommodations in one (1) double occupancy, standard hotel room; in hotel of Promotion Partner's discretion;

Two (2) tickets to see an Artist on tour (in one of the cities listed above);

Two (2) meet and greet passes to see an Artist on tour (in one of the cities listed above);

Local ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) eligible guest to/from airport and to/from concert venue.

Prize value may vary depending upon departure location and time of travel. Other restrictions apply.

The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is: $3,500.00.

Total overall Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $28,000.

Open only to individuals who (i) are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and (ii) who are 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the entrant's state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.
