Five (5) Grand Prizes: For the one (1) Grand Prize Drawing, there will be five (5) Grand Prize winners (each, a “Grand Prize Winner” and collectively with the Weekly Prize Winners, each a “Winner” and collectively the “Winners”). Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a GOYA® Ultimate All-Star Gift Basket to create GOYA® recipes at home. The GOYA® Ultimate All-Star Gift Basket will include GOYA® products (products at discretion of Sponsor), kitchen utensils/gadgets (specific utensils/gadgets at discretion of Sponsor) and a $100 Visa Gift Card to purchase any additional groceries to make the recipes. The approximate FMV of each Grand Prize is Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00).

Twenty (20) Weekly Prizes: For each of the four (4) Weekly Drawings, there will be five (5) Weekly Prize winners (each, a “Weekly Prize Winner”). Each Weekly Prize Winner will receive a GOYA® Gift Basket to create a GOYA® recipe at home. The GOYA® Gift Basket will include GOYA® products (products at discretion of Sponsor), kitchen utensils/gadgets (specific utensils/gadgets at discretion of Sponsor) and a $25 Visa Gift Card to purchase any additional groceries to make the recipe. The approximate fair market value (“FMV”) of each Weekly Prize is One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).

Approximate FMV of all prizes: $4,000.00 USD.

Open only to natural persons who are permanent, legal residents of the United States of America physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, all other U.S. territories and possessions and overseas military installations), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period at the time of entry, and who have a valid email address.

Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person per method of entry (or six (6) total entries) per Weekly Entry Period or Grand Prize Entry Period, as applicable.

There are two methods by which to enter the Sweepstakes:

Voting on Your Favorite Recipe: Enter by visiting the Sweepstakes page located at goya.com/en/flavortournament/sweepstakes, voting on your favorite recipe, and following the instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including providing a valid email address. (“Voting Entry”). Each such Voting Entry will earn one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes.

Watch How to Make A Recipe: After completing a Voting Entry, you may receive an additional five (5) sweepstakes entries by watching a GOYA® video recipe (“Video Entry”).
