(1) GRAND PRIZE- 2019 Ford Mustang whose maximum ARV does not exceed $41,000 however, if model is selected with an ARV of less than $41,000, Winner will NOT receive the difference in prize value. ARV of Grand Prize is $41,000.

HOW TO ENTER: There are (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
1) ONLINE VIA TEST DRIVE R.S.V.P - Visit www.essence.com/ford (the “Website”) prior to 11:59 PM CDT on 7/7/18, complete the online test drive registration form and submit as directed (Web Entry). ALL WEB ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 PM CDT on 7/7/18; and
2) EVENT – Complete either a paper registration form (available while supplies last) or an electronic registration form using a kiosk, tablet computer or other Sponsor-supplied device (if available) at the 2018 ESSENCE Festival™ in New Orleans, LA (Event Entry). Either or all entry submission processes will be made available at Event. ALL EVENT ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 12:59 PM CDT on 7/8/18.
In order to be selected as a potential Finalist for the Grand Prize, entrants MUST be physically present in New Orleans, LA at the Convention Center on 7/8/18 (for the Grand Prize Finalist random drawing) and available to be reached via cell phone at any point during the day. In addition, potential Finalists for the Grand Prize must be present on 7/8/18 in New Orleans, LA at the main 2018 ESSENCE Festival™ venue to participate in the Grand Prize Event at the designated time.
