(10) Grand Prizes: Ten Grand Prize winners will each receive $1,000 in Staples Rewards, paid out as 2 checks each valued at $500 in Rewards, redeemable for Staples Print and Marketing Services. The maximum ARV of all prizes is $10,000.

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years of age as of date of entry.

Make a purchase of at least $25 during the Sweepstakes Period to receive one unique code per purchase transaction. The unique code will print on a separate receipt.

To receive an entry into the random drawing without making a purchase, you may enter by mail. To enter, on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand print a brief statement (up to 100 words) telling Sponsor what would you do with $1,000 in Staples Print & Marketing Services, along with your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, email address, daytime phone number and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY). Mail your entry in a hand addressed business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: Staples SMB Week Sweeps Entries, P.O. Box 7776, Melville, NY 11775-7776. Mailed entries must be postmarked by 6/4/18 and received by 6/11/18. Brief statements will not be judged. Limit one entry per mailing envelope.
