Grand Prize (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend a VIP concert experience at winner’s choice of any music festival conducted in the 48 contiguous United States during the time period beginning November 1, 2018 through December 31, 2019 (“Festival”). Grand Prize package consists of round trip coach class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s home to the prize destination (airports determined by Sponsor); three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations in the form of one (1) standard room, double occupancy (hotel to be determined by Sponsor) (room and tax only); two (2) VIP tickets to the selected Festival (must be selected from a list provided by Administrator and is subject to availability); and one $400 pre-paid cash card for the winner only. ARV: $7,080.

First Prize (3): Four (4) tickets to a single Festival of winner’s choice (must be selected from a list provided by Administrator and is subject to availability). Seat location will be selected by Sponsor, but will be within the first thirty (30) rows of the venue if available and applicable. Each winner will also receive one (1) parking pass and one (1) $100 cash card. Notice: First Prize consists only of the listed elements. Travel, lodging, and all other expenses not listed above are not included. ARV: $5,000 each.

The ARV of all prizes offered in the Promotion is $22,080.
